Dr. Emily Johnson was born in Bayshore, New York. But she has spent the last 42 years here in Frankfort.

Her degrees include a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Broadcasting from Eastern Kentucky University. Also, she earned a DVM degree from Auburn University. Lastly, she got her Prevet Degree from Kentucky State University right here in Frankfort.

Her interests include studying cardiac diseases and geriatrics. Her hobbies include trail riding, showing Mountain Horses, and Gardening.

Her wonderful family includes her mom and dad (Harold and Gen), her daughter Lucy, and her significant other Jeff. In addition her extended animal family includes 3 horses, 4 cats, and 2 dogs.
