We provide a variety of special services at our "State of the Art" pet care facility:

Examination and treatment of sick or injured pets is achieved with

the aid of our laboratory and on-site pharmacy. Preventative

medicine is important, as it is much easier to prevent a contagious

disease than to treat it. We offer vaccinations and well pet care

programs to keep your pet healthy and free from internal parasites.

Anesthesia is a serious business, whether the patient is human,

canine, or feline. In our hospital, gas anesthesia and oxygen are

administered as respiratory and vital signs are closely monitored by

a surgical assistant throughout your pet's operation. From the most

routine spay and neuter to an to thyroidectomies, cruciate repairs and

extensive abdominal surgeries, we take the time to carefully explain

the procedure and your pet's aftercare.

Sometimes your pet's medical needs are beyond what can be treated

at home. We offer an intensive care unit and a highly-trained staff

to attend to your pet's special medical problem. We keep in close

contact with you daily about your pet's condition and allow visitation.

Tartar buildup is a serious problem because it leads to gum disease,

tooth abscesses , and tooth loss. The bacteria associated with rotten

teeth can enter the blood stream and cause serious, irreversible

damage to your pet's heart, liver, or kidneys. We provide complete

dental care; tartar removal with an ultrasonic cleaner, tooth

polishing to keep tartar from coming back so soon, fluoride

treatment to strengthen enamel, and to teaching preventative care.

Our modern x-ray equipment aids in the diagnosis of many ailments.

In addition to broken bones, the x-ray helps locate objects your pet

may have swallowed, bladder stones, orthopedic problems and even

some cancers.

Our comfy boarding facility is heated and air-conditioned. Each pet

receives its own bed and blanket to cuddle up with. We also have a

large fenced, free-exercise yard so your dog can run and play outside

three times a day. There is a separate boarding room for cats.

Our hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays

from 7:30 am - 6:00 pm. On Saturdays from 8:00 am - Noon. Closed

Thursdays and Sundays. Drop off service is offered and

appointments are preferred as they and assure you that the

veterinarian will be free to see your pet promptly.
